2019 Support Update, Universal Feedback, Artist Submissions Now Live
Today we launch new support that merges customer service and all other inquiries to one place (firstname.lastname@example.org). Previous contact emails will all be forwarded to email@example.com as well. We have a dedicated support team that will handle all inquiries ensuring that every single email is responded to quickly. We have also launched universal feedback and opened submissions to the company.
2019 777 Support:
Our new support for 2019 is currently live. We have updated our return / exchange policy as a result and included some new general notes at www.bytheseven.com/generalhelp. We have a support team that will be responding to all inquiries made to the company.
While customer support is limited to products purchased through our official store and not retailers worldwide, we have introduced a new system called Universal Feedback that will be attached to all products we create, regardless of where they are sold worldwide, that encourages consumer response on the quality, delivery, and content of our products.
